Fin.Co focuses on investments in small-and mid-size companies with a positive cashflow track record and considerable growth potential.

Fin.Co has a hands-on approach, defines actively the strategy together with the management of the company, but does not intervene in daily operations. Fin.Co pays attention to a disciplinary financial follow-up.

Because of its profound knowledge of the traditional SME-environement, the added value of Fin.Co lies mainly in its network and operational, financial and strategic accompanying of the investee company.

Portfolio of listed shares

Fin.Co aims to invest in listed companies that show a healthy and growing profitability in combination with a strong cashflow generation. The companies in which Fin.Co invests have to demonstrate a strategy that is aimed at creating shareholder value. We regard ourselves as long-term investors.

Fin.Co has no market capitalization or liquidity restrictions, although we focus on companies with market capitalization below 2,5 billion euro. We only invest in euro-traded stocks.

We only invest in a limited number of stocks based on our own internal fundamental research.
