Management

Fin.Co is being managed by Hubert Plouvier (managing director) and Kristof Verluyten (investment manager), Martijn Willaert (investment manager) and Dirk Saelens (asset manager).

• Hubert Plouvier (°1965) is managing director of Fin.Co since its foundation in 1998. Before he took part in the senior management of Plouvier & Kreglinger.
• Kristof Verluyten (°1973) is investment manager of Fin.Co sind June 1999. Before he came to Fin.Co he worked as a financial controller for AVL in Switzerland.
• Martijn Willaert (°1972) is investment manager at Fin.Co since June 2003. Prior to joining Fin.Co, he worked as a business consultant at Financial Architects, as senior investment manager at FLV Fund and as investment banking officer at ING.
• Dirk Saelens (°1971) is a fund manager at Fin.Co since April 2008. Dirk has over 10 years experience in equity analysis, most recently as the Head of Equity Research at KBC Securities, where he also covered the TMT sector as a senior analyst. Prior to that, he was a sell-side analyst at Bank Degroof, a business analyst for AXA Bank and IT analyst for Procter & Gamble.

• Piet Serrure (°1954) is director of Fin.Co since May 2002. He founded Becap as a consultancy-company to the Private Equity Industry. He has more than 20 years of practioner’s experience with direct investments, first with Benevent and later with Parnib (NIB Capital). From 2001 onwards he is active as a consultant to the private equity industry. Piet is past-member of the Board of directors and the Executive Committee of EVCA and is past-president of the Belgian Venturing Association.
• Alfin bvba, represented by Jean-Michel Ancion (°1960) is director of Fin.Co since 1999. He is an independent financial advisor with more than 20 years experience in the banking industry. Until June 2007 he was a member of the management team which was responsible for Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance for Rabobank in Belgium.
• Vesoc bvba, represented by Benoît Verwilghen is director of Fin.Co since 2008. Benoît is member of the direction committee, CFO and director of Nateus Verzekeringen nv.
