Fin.Co focuses on investments within the Benelux and its surronding countries.

Investment amount
Between 1 and 7.5 million euro equity per investment.

Type of investments
Leveraged Management Buy-Out, Leveraged Management Buy-In, replacement capital, expansion capital

Co-investment
Fin.Co is prepared to act as a co-investor. Being a lead-investor is not a requisite.

Exit
5 to 10 years after investment, in order to give the company enough time to reach its targets.
Exit routes are mainly trade sale to the existing or new shareholders or possibly an IPO.
