Finco Management (“Finco”) is delighted to announce the successful closing of their new fund Finco Private Equity III (“the Fund”). Finco selected new investors with an entrepreneurial background to join the historical investor, the Plouvier family, and the Finco team in establishing the Fund. Fundraising started in February this year and the targeted fund size was reached at the first and final closing on June 30th. The Fund will provide Finco with the resources and freedom to invest equity tickets ranging from €2 million to €10 million in established and profitable SMEs with enterprise values from €10m to €50m.
